We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Certain features within Clicko are available only with a PRO subscription or one-time purchase ("PRO Features"). All purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all TV models or firmware versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
