Blocking an app is something only iOS can do. Screen Time access lets Doorway ask iOS to block the apps you choose when your limit is reached. Your activity stays on your iPhone.
When an app is blocked, tap Open a door on the block screen to get five more minutes of use. You have three doors a day, and they reset at midnight. With Beast Mode on, an app has no doors at all.
Check that Screen Time access is still on (Settings, Screen Time, Apps With Screen Time Access). If you turned it off and back on, iOS issues new app tokens, so open Doorway and pick the app again. iOS counts usage on its own schedule, so a block can arrive a minute or two after the limit.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase.
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Doorway, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Email us with your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
