The short version: your readings, journal entries, and everything Trace remembers stay on your iPhone. Trace has no accounts, collects no data, uses no third-party SDKs, shows no ads, and runs no servers of ours that receive anything you write.
Trace: Tarot That Remembers is an iOS app developed and operated by Anshul Jain ("we", "us"): a tarot journaling and reflection companion.
Your daily cards, deep readings, journal entries, the Ledger, and anything Trace recalls from past readings are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. Nothing you write or draw is transmitted to us or to anyone else. We do not collect, receive, or process any of your data.
If you turn them on, daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are optional and can be disabled at any time in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.
On-device data is included in your iCloud or computer backups if enabled (governed by Apple's privacy policy). Deleting the app removes all data; we hold no copy. Policy updates will be posted here. Questions: anshul.jainsm@gmail.com.
