These terms apply to the Trace: Tarot That Remembers iOS app, developed and operated by Anshul Jain ("we", "us"). By using Trace you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard EULA.

What Trace is, and is not

Trace is a tarot journaling and reflection app built around the classic 1909 tarot of Pamela Colman Smith. It is offered for reflection and entertainment purposes only.

Readings are not advice: not medical, legal, financial, or advice of any other kind, and they do not predict the future. Cards are prompts for your own thinking, nothing more. Your decisions remain your own, and you are solely responsible for them. If you need professional guidance, consult a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trace, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Subscriptions

• Trace Plus is an auto-renewable subscription: $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial, which converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Billing is handled by Apple; refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Trace is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
