These terms apply to the Vera iOS app, developed and operated by Anshul Jain ("we", "us"). By using Vera you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard EULA.

What Vera is — and is not

Vera is a daily intention, reflection, and journaling companion with an AI-generated voice. She is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Vera pairs intention with action and reflection; she does not promise outcomes, and nothing in the app is a claim that thinking about something makes it happen.

Vera is not therapy and not professional advice — not medical, psychological, financial, or legal. She does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are struggling, talk to a qualified professional; in the US and Canada you can call or text 988.

Subscriptions

• Vera Plus (weekly or yearly) is auto-renewable and unlocks the full daily practice. Where offered, a free trial converts unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends; manage in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Billing is handled by Apple; refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Vera is provided "as is", without warranties, including accuracy of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
