These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Anshul Jain ("we", "us") covering your use of the CueFlow iOS application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these Terms grant you more, these Terms control between you and us.
CueFlow is a teleprompter app that scrolls your script — following your voice on-device — while you record video. It stores your scripts on your device, requires no account, and works offline. It is a recording aid, not a video-editing, broadcast, or content-hosting service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law expressly permits.
CueFlow is free to download and use: voice-follow scroll, fixed-speed scroll, recording up to 3 minutes per take (with a small end-card watermark), a library of up to 3 scripts, and all persona modes are free. CueFlow Pro is an optional one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription) that unlocks an unlimited script library, unlimited recording length, no watermark, camera mirroring for teleprompter rigs, 4K recording, and script import from .docx and .pdf.
Voice-follow uses on-device speech recognition to estimate your position in the script. Recognition accuracy varies with language, accent, pace, and background noise, and it will not always be perfect. Fixed-speed scrolling is available at any time as an alternative. You use voice-follow at your own discretion.
Your scripts and recordings are yours. We claim no ownership and, because your scripts stay on your device and recordings save to your Photos, we never receive them. You are responsible for the content you write and record, for having the rights to any script you use, and for how you use or distribute your recordings. You are also responsible for backing up your device; if the app is deleted, we cannot recover your scripts.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with or abuse the app or Apple's services.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that voice-follow will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost recordings, missed takes, or lost data arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also update these Terms; if we do, we will update the effective date above, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
