Two ways. Tap the import button to pick a PDF from Files, iCloud Drive, or another app. Or tap scan to photograph a paper document with the camera. You can also share a PDF to InkSign from another app using the iOS share sheet.
Some PDFs are encrypted by whoever created them. InkSign will ask you for the password once and unlock it locally. If you do not have the password, ask the sender for an unlocked copy.
They stay in InkSign on your device until you export or share them. Use the share button to send the finished PDF by mail, message, or into any app that accepts files.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought the subscription, then open InkSign and tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will help.
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then InkSign, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
No. Everything happens on your device. InkSign contains no networking code at all. See the Privacy Policy.
Email us with your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Please do not attach the document itself if it is confidential. A description of the problem is enough.
