InkSign lets you import or scan a document, place a signature, initials, text, or a date on it, and export or share the result. It also shows a plain language briefing of details it finds in a document, such as dates and amounts.
InkSign can point out details in a document, including terms that are often worth a second look. This is information, not legal advice. It is generated automatically, it may be incomplete, and it is never a substitute for reading the document itself or for advice from a qualified professional. Do not rely on it as your only basis for signing anything.
You are responsible for the documents you sign and for having the authority to sign them. Whether an electronic signature is legally binding depends on the document, the parties, and the law where you are. InkSign does not determine that for you and makes no representation that a signature made with it satisfies any particular legal requirement.
InkSign is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any document it produces will be accepted by any particular recipient.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of a document you signed with InkSign. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
