These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Luvora AI: AI Friend Chat ("Luvora", the "app"), operated by Anshul Jain. By downloading or using Luvora you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms are stricter, these Terms apply.
Luvora is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Luvora's companions are fictional AI characters. They are not real people, and their responses are generated by artificial intelligence, may be inaccurate, and do not represent our views. Luvora is an entertainment product and is not a source of medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for human relationships or professional support. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 (US).
You agree not to use Luvora to attempt to generate content that is illegal, that sexualizes minors, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that harasses real people; not to attempt to bypass the app's safety measures; and not to reverse engineer or misuse the app or its AI services. Custom characters you create must not impersonate real people in a misleading or harmful way and must comply with these Terms.
Luvora offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Luvora Premium") billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice; refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
You retain rights to the text you write and the characters you create. Conversations and creations are stored on your device; see our Privacy Policy for how message text is processed to generate replies.
The app, its built-in characters, artwork, and branding are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices per the standard EULA. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
Luvora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend features or update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the app at any time; sections 5–7 survive termination.
