Where is my data stored? Entirely on your device. TradeBill has no accounts and no servers — deleting the app deletes your data, so consider exporting important invoices as PDFs first.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TradeBill Pro. You can also use Restore Purchases inside the app (Settings tab) on a new device.
How do I change my logo, tax rate, or payment instructions? Settings tab → Business Profile. Changes apply to all future PDFs.
Can I get a refund? Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
