Settings → "What Iris knows" — swipe to delete any memory, or clear everything.
iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Unknot. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Check that notifications are allowed for Unknot in iOS Settings. Check-ins are local notifications scheduled on your device.
